In Training with Corey Teresi Fitness , you will find weekly workouts with form cues and safe practices to ensure you perform each move properly and get the most out of your workout and the results you desire with as little as 1 set of dumbbells.

Are you ready to get fit by following a plan with intention and purpose?

Whether you're at home or working out in the gym, Training with Corey Teresi Fitness is functional for you.

There are 5 workouts each week, including 2 optional days, that follow a structured plan hitting lower body, upper body, total body, unilateral lower body, and a total body challenge day.

You will also have access to a support group for motivation, form checks, and me as your trainer and continual resource. 

Workouts will vary from 20-50 minutes, most averaging at 30 minutes each workout.

All you need is a set of dumbbells, and you're on your way to an efficient workout with great results*
