In Training with Corey Teresi Fitness , you will find 3 workout programs: Everyday, Strength and Boxing. From weekly workouts, to monthly programming options following progressive overload, and boxing workouts to complete daily or occasionally, you will find each program includes form cues and safe practices to ensure you perform each move properly and get the most out of your workout and the results you desire.

Every Day (most popular option):
A strength and conditioning program. The OG (original) Training with Corey Teresi Fitness program offers 5 new workouts each week, 3 main workouts and 2 optional days. The new workouts offered each week follow a workout split of 1 Lower, 1 Upper, and 1 Total Body day. (Optional days include: 1 lower and 1 total body.) It is made for minimal equipment with just 1 set of dumbbells, with the options to use kettlebells, barbell, bench, squat rack and pull up bar. It is functional for all seasons of life, including the busier seasons.*
This is a strength programming following progressive overload. This program includes the workouts Corey does each week. This is for you if you are working out in a gym setting and have goals of getting stronger, losing body fat, and improving your physique. Most exercises are with free weights (Barbell, Kettlebell, Dumbbell), a squat rack, bench and a pull up bar. 4 new workouts each month designed to follow progressive overload, and understand how to increase weights, reps and sets.
A boxing (bag & gloves) and/or bodyweight program focusing on cardio and core. Up to 6 workouts to complete each week, or use in addition to one of the other programs, or periodically enjoy boxing throughout each month. Plan to torch your upper body, core and get your heart rate pumping!

If you are looking for more accountability, support in selecting and tracking weights, and consistent check-ins, 1:1 coaching is for you. It includes form checks, modifying where necessary, adjusting your training to your life, working through mental road blocks, and keeping you on track toward achieving your goals. This option is highly recommended with the STRENGTH program.
