OPERATION FIT MOM was created, tested and developed for moms to find comfort in working out with their new bodies, whether you're newly, several months or even years postpartum. This program has useful information starting immediately after birth, and includes functional fitness for the mom getting back into fitness 10 years after having baby. It is a 5 month program, advancing you from the basics of rebuilding your core to establishing an overall base of fitness and health. Learn how to feel your best, maximum of 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week with 2 optional days. In this program you will learn how to run, jump and get back into exercising the correct way! You will only need 1 set of dumbbells, nothing else, NOW LET'S GET MOVING!
